One of our newest carts produces a product that is probably the most sought after in the amusement, carnival, and fair business, funnel cakes. We produced a fully functional funnel cake cart that takes up minimal ground space but yields the same results when compared to most trailer or tent operations.

Our funnel cake factory cart is jammed packed with features that include: (4) heavy duty solid rubber caster wheels, (2) wheel brakes, hot water sink system with five gallon fresh water and eight gallon grey water storage tank, mica counter top, remote mounted insulated five gallon batter storage container, Plexiglas "sneeze guard" window, and collapsible heat shield guard. We outfit this system standard with a Gold Medal (6) capacity funnel cake fryer. The cart is wired for 110 volt service to power the water pump and hot water heater, however the fryer requires a 220 volt 30 amp circuit. For portable use a standard 7500 watt generator provide adequate power for all electric.
