Build your own Big Top Basic cart or let us help you design one for your endeavour. Starting with the Big Top Basic Umbrella model you get our premier pushcart assembled with our innovative self-leveling kickstand for stationary use. You get your choice of an umbrella location on center or offside to the right or the left. A large countertop provides you ample space for a multitude of countertop components. Choose from our options list to create your own cart.


A Big Top Basic cart gives you features that are not found on other manufacturers carts. We build up from a fully-welded steel chassis with a black powder-coated finish. The cart body and components are made of fiberglass and composites and boast a beautiful finish molded in color. This process is more costly than conventional metal carts and there are no rivits of calk joints to fail. Fiberglass is also much more durable than metal and resists dings and dents. Unlike metal carts that tend to have sharp edges and cold to the touch, our carts yeild a warm safe feeling when near.

There is no paint to chip and all edges are rounded or protected with a rubber binding offering a finished look. Big Top Carts can be called an innovator in the vending cart industry by producing extremely high quality carts that are not main street in concept, design or manufacturing. Color

Fiberglass Color*: 		  
Fiberglass components are molded in color. Choose the color predominant for all fiberglass components from our menu box. Fiberglass components include Cart Body, Countertop, Fenders, Big Top Roof, Shelves and Waste Water Tank. If you want to mix colors, (i.e. White body, red counter top, yellow fenders) you must call us to instruct us on the combination. This multi-color feature includes an upcharge.

Hand Wash Sink
Adding this feature may be a requirement by your local city or state health department. When preparing foods, many health departments mandate that your cart have a hot/cold hand wash sink. This system is a fully functional application that provides hot water from an instant hot water heater and a self-contained water pump unit. Potable water source is a standard five gallon water cooler bottle. A special food grade wand is depressed, and water temperature is adjustable via a thermostat. When this option is purchased it also includes an 8.5 gallon grey water waste tank located on the underside of the cart. A 1/2-turn valve enables the waste water to be drained easily and quickly. This option also includes professional installation of all plumbing components and electrical requirements. This option requires a standard 110 volt power supply. All components are NSF certified for application.

Gas Upgrade
If you need "total mobility" for your cart, this upgrade is for you. We plumb your cart for a small, disposable propane tank, which is included. A deep-cycle 12 volt battery provides the necessary power for various equipment, including a water system if purchased. All of these components are professionally fit to your cart to assure quality performance and pleasing looks. An onboard battery charging system is available as an option, making it easy to recharge the battery by simply plugging the cart into a standard 110 volt household receptacle. A keyed switch is included for safety so the equipment and your gas system is inoperative until the key holder activates the system.

Front Shelf
Provides a 46" long by 10" wide additional space for your customers or even completed products. Easily removed and installed without the use of tools. Rated around 60-70 pounds maximum load.

Side Shelf: 		  
If a hand wash sink has been applied to the cart, no side shelf can be attached to the cart. Please check to see if you have selected the sink upgrade above before ordering this option.
Provides a 22" long by 10" deep additional space for product. Is not usable with a hand wash sink upgrade. Easily removed and installed without the use of tools. Rated at 40 pounds maximum load.

Vendor Shelf: 		  
Provides a 18" long by 10" wide additional space for product. Ideal for use with a cash register, keeping a ledger of business transactions, or other vendor-side activity. Easily removed and installed without the use of tools. Rated at 40 pounds maximum load.

Fender Kit: 		Fender Kit [Add $125.00]
Add a retro look to this classic cart with a pair of quarter fenders. Fiberglass construction, molded-in color to match. Factory installed price.

Battery Mount Options: 		  
Mount, Case, and Battery
For 12V power we have designed this custom battery holder to easily mount to your Big Top Chassis below the push bar. We offer this option to include with your cart a mount only or with a plastic battery box included. You may also include a high quality deep-cycle battery with this option.

Our Basic Umbrella cart is a popular choice for street vending and can be used for many applications from food vending to tradeshow and product display.  We offer this cart with your choice of umbrella location, center or offset to the left or right. Door location must be opposite side of the large wheels. Many options are available to customize the cart to your personal and business requirements. Standard colors available: Red, Yellow, White.
