Prior to ordering your cart, we are offering a face to face communication using Skype, where one of our representatives can communicate on a professional level, making sure that both parties are in complete understanding.
What makes Big Top carts different from the majority of other cart manufacturers is primarily in the way we choose to manufacture our carts. All of our carts start off with a separate, independent chassis which is designed to support literally hundreds of pounds of weight. Probably the single most differentiating factor is the way we manufacture our cart bodies. We have chosen to make the investment to produce patterns and molds that yield a production of fiberglass reinforced parts, very similar to the way a quality full-sized boat is manufactured.
Fiberglass VS Steel
Fiberglass parts are generally lighter than steel and stronger pound for pound. They resist dings and dents and corrosion (they simply cannot rust), smooth glossy finishes superior to paint, and resists most harsh chemicals that would normally severely damage a metal cart. One of the nicest features of fiberglass is the warm feel to the touch. I find myself, when I am standing next to a metal cart, constantly being careful as to where I touch it or get near it with clothing, anxious about sharp metal edges. Our fiberglass body gives you a safe feeling and seldomly sees temperature differential much above or below ambient temperature. All corners are rounded and a soft rubber binding is secured on any potentially sharp edges.
Fiberglass VS Plastic
Compared to a plastic cart, fiberglass is more rigid a material and gives the appearance of high quality and expense. Plastic carts are generally blow-molded in a process that parallels outdoor toys commonly used in children's home playgrounds. The fit and finish of our carts are unparalleled in the industry. And we take great pride in making sure that when all the components are assembled they are not only reliable and practical but also aesthetically appealing. Things like hardware, such as rivets, raised screws and fasteners, are non-existent in the manufacturing process of our bodies, leaving little to nothing in the way of applying decals or custom paint schemes.
Raising the Standard
Once you own a Big Top fiberglass cart, chances are you will never own another cart made out of any other material.
And last but not least is the durable finish, where all colors are chemically introduced to the product during the molding process. Vinyl decals can be easily added to make your cart unique and represent your company in any fashion you desire.
